Bryan is a Norwegian forward currently playing for Lech Poznań in Poland's Ekstraklasa.

Fiabema began his career at Tromsø before moving to Chelsea in 2020. After loan spells at Rosenborg and Forest Green Rovers, he left Chelsea in 2023, briefly joining Real Sociedad. In July 2024, he signed with Lech Poznań on a three-year deal.

Internationally, Fiabema has represented Norway at various youth levels, with roots from a Nigerian father and Norwegian mother.
